Person Profile

  • Possess significant functional knowledge of the Fintech ecosystem and players involved
  • Expertise in explaining complex concepts and technologies to all stakeholders involved
  • 8 to 15 years of relevant experience, including 4 + years’ experience in product management in the fintech or E-Commerce ( Consumer facing) Space
  • Advanced communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels of an organization
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail while driving tactical product delivery
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to learn quickly and manage numerous projects concurrently
  • Creativity and resourcefulness to overcome unexpected roadblocks
  • Engineering from a premier institute , MBA is a plus but not necessary
  • Previous experience in UX/UI/ Software development will be a big Plus

  • Set the long term vision for Payments and align all stakeholders
  • Lead quarterly OKR planning for Payments
