Location – Bangalore

  • Own P&L for Payments business
  • Set the long term vision for Payments and align all stakeholders
  • Lead quarterly OKR planning for Payments
  • Identify potential partnerships with Payment Aggregator, Payment Gateways and Banks to improve customer experience or launch new service
  • Manage existing relationships with Banks and Payment aggregators
  • Single point of contact for internal teams (tech/product/ops) to reach out to external partners and manage any escalations
  • Lead monthly business review meetings with third party partners
  • Leverage prior experience to identify new products/services to be launched
  • Lead negotiations with existing and new partners
  • Single point of contact for the third parties reaching out to the client

Person Profile

  • MBA from a premier institute with atleast 8/10 years experience
  • We need someone who has anchored P&L for a Fintech firm
  • Payments Experience is essential
