Key Result Areas:

HR Planning :

  • – Works with business leaders to understand their priorities
  • – Create yearly plans and back them up with quarterly updates on changes in direction and business priorities
  • – Relentless in defining priorities – critical roles, probable leadership risks and business as usual backfills and expansions
  • – Creates a plan for the above in terms of sources, timelines and resources requiredOperations :

Operations

  • Make sure that the organization has a predictable- supply, quality and retention of talent
  • – Some of the indices to measure the efficacy of the talent acquisition operations are
  • – Recruitment cycle time / time to hire from Requisition to onboarding

Candidate Experience

  • Hiring Manager feedback
  • Cost/ Hire
  • – Year 1 Retention percentages
  • – Quality of talent acquired measured with respect to each source
  • – Monitor the talent pipeline constantly – create early warning processes
  • – Maintain relationships with external vendors and institutions
  • – Understands compliance redlines with respect to recruitment and selection practices
  • – Understand ATS Systems and extracts intelligence from them with aid of IT/ vendor
  • – Recruitment & Selection dashboards are published at agreed upon intervals

Employer Brand :

  • Assist in the distilling of the organization EVP and positioning of the company Brand to- current employees, prospective/ target audience and alumni
  • – Make sure the Communication of the hiring team and its partners reflex the EVP values and Employer Brand
  • Campus hiring and relationship management
  • – Ensure firm gets early access to fresh talent in identified institutions
  • – Maintain an ongoing relationship with campus and courses of interest- whether its leadership interaction, sponsorships and internships

Development:

  • Works with his/her team to develop them
  • Invests and backs up his/her team to take higher responsibilities
  • Self development

Person Profile :

  • – 12-14 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • – Experience in Creating and handling a team
  • – Demonstrated expertise in creating a data and process driven talent acquisition organization
  • – Exceptional Communication and ability to manage hiring manager expectations
  • – Assertive, goal driven person
  • – Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of recruitment and understands assessment and selection processes/tools
