Role

• Own P&L for Payments business
• Set the long term vision for Payments and align all stakeholders
• Lead quarterly OKR planning for Payments
• Identify potential partnerships with Payment Aggregator, Payment Gateways and Banks to improve customer experience or launch new service
• Manage existing relationships with Banks and Payment aggregators
• Single point of contact for internal teams (tech/product/ops) to reach out to external partners and manage any escalations
• Lead monthly business review meetings with third party partners
• Leverage prior experience to identify new products/services to be launched
• Lead negotiations with existing and new partners
• Single point of contact for the third parties reaching out to the client

• Streamline the Payments Business
• Work with stakeholders across- Product, operations, technology & Alliances
• Increase the Payment transaction success ratio- exponentially
• Streamline new product Introduction
• Streamline new Alliance Partner
• Expand the Payments Business
• Create 1 month, quarter, yearly – action plans
• Contribute to strategy & ideation

Person Profile

• Ideally a Person who has anchored Business for a Payments Provider
• Demonstrated ability to execute impeccably
• Work across stakeholders- technology, product, operations & alliances
• Assertive and Objective driven
• Atleast 8-10 years experience after a premier MBA / or Engineering degree
• Open to Both Mumbai or Bangalore
