- Be a subject matter expert across data and technology strategy discipline.
- Able to create curated data and tech strategy for client needs.
- Present data strategy to clients, gain buy in and grow strategic relationships.
- Educate clients and internal constituents on data strategy.
- Bring in general best practices and frameworks for strategic consulting.
- Ability to set a forward-looking vision, lead and inspire at all levels of org.
- Strong presentation and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with Data, analytics, and MarTech landscape.
- Familiarity with activation and measurement techniques.
- Ability to navigate a complex stakeholder matrix and manage priorities.
- Bring in a unique blend of business and technical knowledge.
- Big-picture vision and ability to effectively roadmap a desired outcome
- Delivery know-how to make a vision into a reality.
Person Profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in data and technology strategy roles
- At least 5 years in a leadership position.
- Demonstrated strong knowledge of marketing data strategy, people management, and technology skills
- Experience in executing and managing strategic consulting engagements.
- Possess a proven track record of leading successful strategic consulting initiatives that drive growth and performance.
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of marketing data & technology on:
- Customer Data Platforms
- Data Warehouses and prospect databases
- MarTech Orchestration, Optimization and Architecture
- Identity platforms and Customer 360 strategy
- Cleanrooms and match back databases
- CRM and Data management platforms
