Key Result Areas
- Build the go-to-market strategy and execute the same for the practice areas and the different markets
- Co-ordinate with service line leaders and partner/directors and other team members to define long term Business development objectives and track it regularly.
- Collaborate with senior team members across all departments to uncover insights and create innovative client outreach strategies.
- Consistently identify new or expanded revenue opportunities and strategize the implementation of plans.
- Routinely share strategies, progress, results, learnings, and relevant industry trends, with the leadership teams
- The identified candidate is also expected to don the hat of Chief of Staff and will closely track strategic initiatives with the leadership by liaising with other colleagues.
- Assist in creation of the strategy
- track strategy implementation across business unit/ functions create Budgets and track the budgets
- Create business dashboards and assist the leadership in dealing with the investors anchor strategic initiatives – which require multi-function/ multi -practice coordination
- Collaborating with executive team members to determine and prioritise business strategies.
Person Profile
- MBA from a good institute with atleast 10 years experience GoTo Market for a Consulting business/ Practice is essential
- Worked with leadership teams
- Not fazed by Ambiguity, and takes initiative to clarify context from leadership teams
- Exceptional Communication & presentation skills
- Demonstrated record of creating Revenue / Client Pipelines while working with leadership teams
