• Reported by Head of Sales & Head of Collections

Key Responsibilities:

• Converting organizational vision into a credible and measurable business model.
• Spearheading strategies to steer the company’s future in a positive direction.
• Creating and sustaining organizational capability to excel in delivering on the business model.
• Keeping the organization ahead of emerging business trends.
• Integrating and channelizing work processes and practices across multiple functions towards achievement of business strategy.

Key Activities:

• Achieving revenue and profit targets for the business.
• Implementing the plans to achieve the collections goals of the organization.
• Allocate resources effectively in order to achieve business plans.
• Generate innovative solutions for products, services, processes, customer experiences, marketing channels, and business models.
• Ensuring performance management with measurable goals and review system.

Person Profile

• MBA with 20 years + Experience
• Experience in Banking/ NBFC a must
• Experience in MSME / SME -loans – unsecured and secured a must
• Exceptional Communication skills
• Driven by objectives and ability to develop a great team
