Associate Director – Talent Acquisition – Technology Vertical – FinTech Unicorn

Key Result Areas :

• Establish the Employee Brand as a great place for technology talent to develop their skills as well as career
• Anchor leadership level roles
• Manage the team for the rest of the roles
• Create Recruitment Intelligence practices in terms of competition as well as compensation benchmarks
• Create Analysis dashboards for assessing and monitoring team performance
• Work with Leadership team to identify and create role/position descriptions
• Work with key stakeholders to identify key roles for current and future requirements
• Establish best practices for selection
• Work with key engineering campuses for fresher hiring

Person profile:

• Ideally 10 years + Experience in Technology Hiring
• Hiring in an E-Commerce/ FinTech firm or Product firm is a MUST
• At least 3 years in a team anchoring role
• Please do NOT apply if you have only worked in Service firms
• Excellent ability to learn, network, manage teams combined with communication skills
