Job Summary

Working together with our team of data scientists and machine learning engineers, you will be responsible for furthering our commitment to the ethical, transparent, and trustworthy development of AI technologies. As a dedicated leader in responsible AI, you will drive compliance with the evolving and dynamic regulatory environment, whilst continuing to foster innovation. You will be responsible for continuously developing our responsible AI processes & procedures in line with evolving regulatory requirements, ensuring AI solutions are developed to the highest standards of compliance.

Who we’re looking for:

• MSc/PhD qualified in a STEM subject
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience delivering production grade machine learning products in a corporate environment
• You will have demonstrable expertise in driving Governance of AI systems, ensuring classification, risk assessment, oversight and governance
• First-class communication & presentation skills: being able to translate technical jargon into understandable and actionable insights to senior stakeholders in the business
• Demonstrable experience driving compliance with legislative requirements in AI, across a broad spectrum of initiatives
• Expertise in advanced areas such as deep learning (e.g. transformers, GNNs, stable diffusion models), Generative AI, reinforcement learning, causal inference along with other common machine learning techniques
• You will be proficient in the use of cloud-based technologies for building and deploying machine learning systems
• An understanding that a team is greater than the sum of its parts, and embraces winning together.

•     • Proficiency with AWS services relevant for machine learning (e.g. SageMaker)
•     • Experience of productionizing GenAI products 
•     • Knowledge of working with real time data streams (Kafka, Kinesis).
