Role- Associate Director Learning & Development – Reports to a Sr. Director who reports to Regional ( APAC) head of HR
Location- Bangalore, Hybrid working- 2 days in office + 2 days WFH
Summary
As the India capability centre evolves from a rapid growth to mature state- focus on learning & development, middle management enhancement, productivity improvement and culture enrichment is key .This role is accountable for design, delivery and program management of interventions for leadership development across levels; it does this by amalgamating expertise in program design and facilitation with insights sought through partnerships with Function Leaders and other stakeholders.
What you will do:
- Lead, facilitate and coach for managerial development programs
- Design/curate curriculum for professional development modules
- Partner on needs and agenda setting with senior stakeholders for Leadership and behavioural interventions and learning journeys
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Drive learner experience, innovation, and advancement of the L&D Function
Person Profile :
- Proven experience of 15+ years as a Learning practitioner with demonstrated capability in facilitation & mentoring
- Good exposure to coaching practices – Individual and Group
- Exposure to Leadership assessment tools and Developmental methodologies
- Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at different levels to cater to business needs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
- L&D Certifications
