- Reports to Business Unit Head
Key result Areas
- Owns the PnL of Operation of the line of Business
- Interprets and executes policies and procedures that affect subordinate areas
- L1 (24 x 7) and L2 Team & organizational development and performance management
- Continued focus on process improvement
- Delivering to the SLA and uptime commitments by engaging with the stake holders supporting the operations.
- Budgetary responsibility
- Strategic Operations planning working along with LoB heads and Cloud Head.
- Pre-sales support
- Any other reasonable activity required by management/leadership
Person Profile
- 15 to 22 years of IT experience of which at least 6+ years of demonstrated experience in Project Management and People Management
- At least 6+ years of experience working with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven experience in ITSM; experience in managing Operations Level 2/Level 3 teams
- Proven experience in managing production support of a complex nature
- Good analytical and reasoning skills
- Strong ability to interpret processes and policies (e.g. ITIL)
- Proactive in approach and good attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, and both technical and non- technical, and the ability to work with a diverse group of individuals in a professional and service-oriented manner
- ITIL certification (foundation or above)
