  • Location – Bangalore OR Cochin
  • Reports to Business Unit Head

Key result Areas

  • Owns the PnL of Operation of the line of Business
  • Interprets and executes policies and procedures that affect subordinate areas
  • L1 (24 x 7) and L2 Team & organizational development and performance management
  • Continued focus on process improvement
  • Delivering to the SLA and uptime commitments by engaging with the stake holders supporting the operations.
  • Budgetary responsibility
  • Strategic Operations planning working along with LoB heads and Cloud Head.
  • Pre-sales support
  • Any other reasonable activity required by management/leadership

Person Profile

  • 15 to 22 years of IT experience of which at least 6+ years of demonstrated experience in Project Management and People Management
  • At least 6+ years of experience working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven experience in ITSM; experience in managing Operations Level 2/Level 3 teams
  • Proven experience in managing production support of a complex nature
  • Good analytical and reasoning skills
  • Strong ability to interpret processes and policies (e.g. ITIL)
  • Proactive in approach and good attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, and both technical and non- technical, and the ability to work with a diverse group of individuals in a professional and service-oriented manner
  • ITIL certification (foundation or above)
