Role Summary

The Corporate Systems team makes & maintains applications for the client . In India the team of 40 is responsible for – application development, reporting & analytics applications, billing systems … The Director is responsible for 

• Leadership stakeholder management 
• Understanding business requirements
• Understand and create technology Architecture
• Developing Applications that achieve agreed upon objectives within time and design specifications 
• Maintain, Improve & Change application
• Manage & develop your team 
• Cross functional stakeholder management in India 

Technology stack

• Requirement gathering , documentation & architecture 
• Microsoft Technologies, ASP.net, SQL, Sharepoint 
• C# would be an addition

Person Profile

• Ideally an Engineer with 15 years + Experience
• Experience in Corporate Application Development
• Technology Stack- Microsoft
• Has lead a team of 30-50 folks atleast & capable of scaling them
