Key Result Areas

• Collaborate with business to develop and implement a ‘Talent strategy’ for the respective business unit
• Support, develop, and coach managers to be effective people managers, manage employee performance, development, and employee relations conversation.
•  Lead and participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive business outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to applicable employment laws and company policies. Collaborate with various COEs, including HR programs, HR Ops, People Analytics, compensation and benefits, HR compliance, talent and leadership development programs, and internal communications

Person Profile

• Strong business acumen and understanding of how HR impacts business outcomes
• Experience in managing complex HR projects.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Understanding of OD/OE concepts and practices
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills (should be skilled in use of Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• 12-16 yrs of relevant industry experience
