Key Result Areas

Key Result Areas :

  • Market Intelligence- Work with other stakeholders like Talent Acquisition to create market benchmarks on functions and key roles / levels
  • Developing and implementing new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Anchor vendors and finance team for creation and implementation of benefit programmes
  • Identify industry defining C&B policies and practices and explain them to the top management and implement them
  • Work on Wealth Creation Policies like ESOPS, Long term incentive programmes across the hierarchy and functions
  • Developing profit-sharing, incentive, employee wellness, and give inputs to the performance management programs.
  • Preparing Budgets, Reports and Dashboards to analyse

Person Profile

  • MBA wit 7-12 years experience
  • Ideally experience in a Internet Startup
  • OR Experience in C&B Consulting – including IT and Startup experience
  • Experience in designing and implementing HR Analytics
  • Experience in Managing ESOPS ( if not designing)
  • Hands on on Budgets , Reporting , Performance Management
