As Director Product Manager your work will have  direct business impact in a fast-growing Fintech company

• Map the Customer Journey & Make them fall in love– What makes them fall in love with your product and what do they hate , what will bring them back and what will make them stay. The focus is making Products that are loved by the consumer – irrespective of their familiarity or understanding of Financial Services or Fintech Eco-System
• Participate and lead discovery for new Financial Services products.
• Deliver highly innovative online customer experience by working in partnership with various departments of the business including Design, UX and Development.
• You will be working with world-class engineers to execute this vision into reality by
• delivering high impact products
• Collaborate with Senior Management, Software Engineering and Marketing on Product Development during the discovery phase of the product development lifecycle.
• Conduct analysis and studies on value, usability and feasibility.
• Develop success metrics and continued analysis of performance and reports post-launch.
• Creating and optimizing product features.
• Keep up with cutting edge technology e and strive to contribute to client’s IP portfolio
• You will also be hiring, mentoring and managing Product Managers in your team to create multi-fold impact

Person Profile

• Possess significant functional knowledge of the Fintech ecosystem and players involved
• Expertise in explaining complex concepts and technologies to all stakeholders involved
• 8 to 15 years of relevant experience, including 4 + years’ experience in product management in the fintech or E-Commerce ( Consumer facing) Space
• Advanced communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels of an organization
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail while driving tactical product delivery
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to learn quickly and manage numerous projects concurrently
• Creativity and resourcefulness to overcome unexpected roadblocks
• Engineering from a premier institute , MBA is a plus but not necessary
• Previous experience in UX/UI/ Software development will be a big Plus
