    Client- Captive unit of a Global Leader in Digital Marketing Multiple roles available - Director to Senior Manager Role The Strategic Programs Office works closely with the Executive Leadership Team to conceptualize, architect and drive a host of cross functional strategic initiatives aimed at delivering performance & productivity improvement, process standardization and building sustained capability across the organization. This team will serve as an incubator for new initiatives across the company as well as to build high performing teams. The range of work includes, but not limited to: Operational excellence initiatives with cross functional teams Incubating & operationalizing new business teams like Sales/Pre-Sales, Marketing Agency, etc. Market assessment & primary/secondary research on markets, competitors and offers Financial modeling & scenario analysis, pricing model development, business due-diligence Drive setting up strategic alliances & partnerships with companies to aid market growth Architect, coordinate & drive delivery of other cross-functional, strategic projects Job Location Bangalore, India. Some travel will be required depending on need. Roles & Responsibilities The incumbent is expected to identify & drive strategic initiatives in the form of programs, with cross functional teams. The Program Lead will own and drive one or many programs at a given time, depending on various factors. Specifically, the Program Lead has the following roles and responsibilities: Support Leadership teams in identifying opportunities & conceptualizing program objectives Define program scope and structure program execution plan Define baseline metrics/goals to quantify program outcomes Gather and document requirements for the program Own program(s) assigned and drive them to closure within defined timelines and budget Work closely with program team members and provide operational support to program team members to drive program outcomes Work with various business stakeholders to drive program support & coordination Identify, manage, resolve and/or escalate issues/risks at the program level Report progress on program status to the program sponsor and stakeholders Support organization development activities such as hiring, training, planning, etc. Key Performance Areas The Program Lead will be measured on the following key performance areas: Define roadmap for operational excellence Deliver committed program outcomes in a time-bound manner Drive a collaborative & performance-driven work culture to align on common goals Incubate high performing teams and institutionalize capability in program team members

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following: Strong business acumen and analytical bent of mind Ability to think top-down, yet stay connected to details Structured problem-solving skills with a practical sense of what works in the given context Bias for action, with an unwavering focus on measurable outcomes Strong sense of ownership to drive business outcomes that add value to the company Strong program management skills & ability to work & thrive in a semi-structured environment Ability to work collaboratively and operate at all levels with global, cross-functional teams Ability to influence without authority and deliver results in a time-bound manner Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate across all levels in the organization Mandatory Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 8-10 years of experience in Consulting and/or Industry At least 2-4 years of experience in Top Tier Management Consulting or equivalent roles Proven program/project management experience Expert skills in using following Microsoft/equivalent tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project Preferred Qualifications Engineering + MBA degree from a Tier 1 institute (India or abroad) Work experience in operational/business excellence or strategy and operations consulting roles, and delivered projects on more than one of these areas: operational excellence/turnaround market research & strategy business due-diligence incubation of high performing business teams sales and business process setup/improvement pricing models & scenario modelling other strategic/cross-functional initiatives Experience in the digital marketing domain Note Job title/HR Grade will be commensurate with the quality of experience We are not looking for professionals from IT Project/Program Management/Delivery
