  • Role
    The Director will be responsible for the Project BSAs and their effectiveness across the different client teams. This individual has the responsibility for implementing strategic management decisions within their groups and providing leadership ensuring the ongoing success of the various Project BSA functions. The Director will work closely with their US counterparts providing solution oversight and monitoring overall account and project “health” from a delivery and quality standpoint. Duties and Responsibilities: · Directs and controls the activities of the Project BSAs through several managers. · Participates with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives and responsible for the successful execution of the strategy. · Manages departmental structure - workforce planning, career development, training, planning and budgeting. Performs hiring, firing, objective setting, performance appraisals, coaching, and pay reviews. · Directs and controls the activities of subordinate managers, supervisors, and associates. Manages career paths by coaching and mentoring direct and indirect reports. Holds associates accountable for their work by setting expectations, achieving commitments, providing feedback, and evaluating effectiveness. Provides technical leadership in the organization. · Makes final decisions on administrative or operational matters and ensures operations' effective achievement of objectives. · Participates in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs and people. · Interactions frequently involve skills such as negotiating or influencing matters of significance to the organization. · Proactively work to improve delivery quality, repeatability and on-time delivery of projects and looking for areas of improvement, implementing, and governing these standards. · Outstanding written and communication skills including the ability to present to large groups. · Outstanding negotiation skills to work with multiple internal clients · Outstanding people management skill

    Minimum Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree preferred · 12+ years relevant work experience in the database marketing space · Experience managing teams of 25+ employees across multiple functional areas. · Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills. · Professional proficiency in English. · Expert in the full development lifecycle (SDLC). · Have excellent problem solving and negotiation skills · Have excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams. · Relevant technical marketing domain knowledge. · Have the ability to manage multiple, high priority efforts effectively and under significant deadline pressure Preferred Qualifications · Outstanding client team management skills · Ability to thrive in a highly matrixed environment on multiple priorities under pressure. · Excellent project management skills. · Excellent understand of both business and technical language and ideas. · Excellent knowledge of the industry. · Able to solve complex problems and issues. · Able to recognize and manage new business opportunities. · Able to interact with customers, coach analysts and developers, and influence peers and management · Able to learn quickly and rapidly establish expertise with the company standard and client-specific solutions.
